Guidelines
Satellite campuses are an extension of Beth Rapha Christian College and Theological Seminary (BRCC) located in Tampa Fla. (hereby known as the “home site”). They should be pursued by churches and ministries desiring to create a full culture of quality biblical study and academic excellence! We strongly encourage such places to explore the potential of their own vision by creating a unique, highly structured place of biblical study and spiritual advancement for its members. Guidelines for satellite campuses are designed to provide specific expectations regarding the initial establishment, fee requirements, program components / expectations, and administrative services you can expect from the home site.
It is our hope that you will be encouraged to create a site that embraces the culture and vision of your church; while, simultaneously, incorporating an academic climate of sound doctrine and biblical study based upon the Reformed Theology we embrace at BRCC. It is our sincere desire that these guidelines will serve as a catalyst for further development and refinement of program areas of study within your church community.
Our first satellite campus–Beth Rapha Bible Institute (BRBI)–is located in Pomona N.Y. and is just 20 minutes from New York City!  At the BRBI campus, students are afforded the opportunity to receive onsite instructions under the direct tutelage of Rev. Dr. Jacqueline E. McCullough. The BRBI campus is easily accessed from the Tappan Zee or the George Washington Bridges.  It is located off exit 13 on the Palisades Parkway and provide students from all over the Hudson Valley and New York Metropolitan areas the opportunity to matriculate in residence or through the conveniently structured online education program!
Goals
We have established goals we believe should be consistent throughout all satellite campuses associated with our vision for excellence. As an extension of these goals, we commit to providing all students with diversified programs of theological study deeply embedded in spiritual enrichment and practical application.
These programs have been designed to meet spiritual and academic goals; to advance the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world; and to increase the believerâs faith in and commitment to the immutable nature of Godâs Word. We believe once students have immersed into these challenging and rewarding programs, they will be equipped with the:
- science and art of biblical interpretation;
- scriptural foundation for religious doctrine;
- biblical basis for the defense of the Christian faith;
- purpose and divine plan of the Old and New Testaments (covenants); and
- ultimate transformation of the believer through Christian character, conduct, and service!
All satellite campuses are encouraged to fully embrace these goals and the various programs of study associated with them. As a result, we believe you will come to enjoy the fruit that will evolve from this strategic work already prepared to usher clergy and laity into the fullness of knowledge in Christ!
