Bishop Roderick Caesar received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Northgate and Logos Bible Colleges, and completed further theological studies at Zion and Bethel Bible Institutes. He earned a Doctor of Divinity degree in November 1994 from Vision Christian College.  He serves on the boards of several key Christian organizations. Bishop Caesar is listed in the worldwide registry of Who’s Who; highlighting persons who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and achievement in their chosen profession, industry or occupation.  Bishop Caesar is a great and renowned motivational speaker.  He speaks at several conferences, conventions and seminars locally and internationally. Bishop Julia McMillan

For over twenty years, Dr. McMillan has been a professional student and educator. She earned her Doctor of Ministry, Master of Arts in Religion, and Master of Divinity degrees from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication from Virginia State University. She is the first African American woman employed as an Adjunct Professor of Religion and Biblical Teaching Methodologies at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary where she also currently serves as a Professor of Organizational Ethics. Dr. McMillan is the CEO of Julia McMillan Ministries and the Senior Pastor of New Dawn Restoration Center in Tampa, Fla.

The Rev. Dr. Chermain V. Lashley
Senior Pastor, Grace United Methodist Church, Jamaica, N.Y.

Consistent with the stubborn persistence to fulfill her divine mandate, Pastor Chermain Lashley founded Diasoza Ministries Inc. in 1998.  Under her leadership as president, the organization conducts evangelism training, youth development workshops, and relationship conferences throughout the world. Pastor Lashley is a former school teacher holding a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities.  Prior to her full-time ministry service, she held a number of positions in corporate America, and was a Senior Sales Director for a major Fortune 500 company. She received her Master of Divinity Degree from Drew Theological Seminary.
